Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on Mondays will begin processing on the next business day (Tuesday). From Tuesday through Friday, the daily processing cutoff time is 2:00 PM PST. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the following business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. Indah does not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or observed U.S. holidays.

Indah ships with UPS and USPS for domestic deliveries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on shipping location.
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours after of purchase (excluding weekends).
We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $200, via UPS Ground or USPS Ground.
UPS Ground
A cost-effective domestic shipping service that uses ground transportation to deliver packages within 1–5 business days to most destinations in the contiguous U.S., and up to 10 business days for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas. Ideal for routine shipments that do not require expedited delivery.
UPS Next Day Air
A guaranteed, time-definite service for urgent shipments. Depending on the selected service level and destination, delivery times vary:
USPS Priority Mail
Provides faster delivery than First-Class Mail, with arrival typically within 1–3 business days. Includes tracking and insurance. Available based on weight and dimensions or through Flat Rate boxes and envelopes.
USPS Priority Mail Express
An expedited, money-back-guaranteed service offering 1–2 day delivery. Includes tracking, proof of delivery, and up to $100 in insurance coverage.
All international orders are shipped via DHL Global. International order rates ship according to weight and destination. International shipping does not always include taxes & duties. Claims for Lost or Stolen Packages
To receive a refund or replacement for a lost or stolen package, please contact info@indahclothing.com to initiate a claim.
Please allow up to 7 business days for claim processing. A replacement or refund will be issued once your claim is fully processed.
Important: Once your claim is submitted, please confirm with us via email so we can proceed.
Customers requesting a replacement must verify both billing and shipping addresses before the replacement order can be sent.
Indah does not offer refunds for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, DHL). This includes and is not limited to holds, reroutes, or delivery interruptions. Service guarantees may not apply in certain situations such as severe weather or other events beyond our control.
We want you to feel absolutely beautiful and confident in your Indah pieces. Each garment is handmade with love in Bali and we pour our hearts into creating treasures that last. Because of this, we ask that you treat your Indah with the same care when trying on or returning.

You may return unworn items with tags attached within 21 days of delivery. Once your return arrives safely back to us, your refund will be processed to your original payment method - usually within 10 business days.
All sale items are final sale. However, if you purchased your Indah within 5 days prior to a sale we are happy to honor the price adjustment. Price-matched orders are then treated as final sale. Orders purchased with a discount code are not considered final sale unless otherwise noted in promotional email/post/SMS.
We don’t do traditional exchanges anymore — instead, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your returned item. That way, you can choose the perfect new piece at your own pace. You’ll receive store credit once your return has been inspected and accepted.

Something not perfect? If you've received a damaged or defective piece, please email us promptly at info@indahclothing.com with your order number, a photo, and a short note about what happened. Our team will do our best to send you a replacement, or store credit if the item is out of stock.
