Part of the magic of INDAH is that each piece is handmade by skilled artisans. Due to the handcrafted nature of our garments, slight variations and imperfections are part of what makes every piece unique and special. However, if you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, we're here to help.
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible (info@indahclothing.com) and provide your order number along with clear photos of the issue.
We offer a 5-week warranty against manufacturing defects from the date your order is delivered. Once reviewed, our team will assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Claims submitted more than 5 weeks after delivery will generally be considered the result of normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, or misuse and will not be eligible for replacement or reimbursement.
INDAH reserves the right to request that the item be returned for inspection before a refund, replacement, repair, or store credit is issued.
