SHIPPING

All domestic U.S. orders over $200 are eligible for free shipping. Shipping timeframes and options are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. INDAH orders ship via USPS, Fedex, and UPS. Most orders include the option to purchase expedited shipping; if you have questions or problems with your shipping information please contact us at info@indahclothing.com.

International orders will ship according to weight and destination. International shipping does not always include taxes & duties. Please note that taxes & duties are the responsibility of the customer. Expedited shipping is available and can be calculated at checkout.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We love our Indah family, and we want you to find your perfect Indah pieces. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your pieces within 14 days. Only full-priced items are eligible for return or exchange. All items must be unworn, and in original condition with tags attached. Your refund will be issued to the same card or method of payment used at the time of purchase.

Please note, International orders are not eligible for free returns. International buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. To initiate an international return please contact us at info@indahclothing.com. Sale items are final sale.

 

PRE-ORDERS

With our most popular styles we can sometimes offer pre-orders after the item is completely sold out or before a collection officially drops. Your pre-order pieces will ship within 60 days as they are cut and sewn to order just for you! Each piece is handmade by several talented artisans and we take time to make sure your order is absolutely perfect. If we can get your pre-order to you even faster we certainly will.
